What You’ll Do

• Either Daily AP invoicing, over 50+ invoice processing to ensure timely disbursements
• OR AP duties, including invoicing, payment tracking, and timely follow-up to ensure accurate collection of outstanding balances
• AND Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

What You Bring

• 2 years of AP, AR, or Accounting Clerk experience
• Proficiency with Outlook & Excel
• Strong accuracy, organization, and communication
