Territory Sales Representative – Established Accounts + Uncapped Commission

Compensation Snapshot:

  • $45,000 base salary

  • 20% commission on net profit

  • $5,000 guaranteed sign-on bonus

  • Top performers earn $120K+ annually

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell a full line of compact construction equipment

  • Manage and expand an established Peoria-area territory

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Make daily customer visits and build long-term partnerships

  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently prospect

  • Collaborate with internal teams on quotes, inventory, and customer support

  • Represent the brand through networking, events, and light social media engagement


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

  • Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people

  • Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency

  • Willingness to learn how to safely tow and move equipment (training available)


Preferred Background:

  • Equipment, industrial, construction, or territory-based sales

  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment operation

  • Experience creating simple video or social media content
