Compensation Snapshot:

What You’ll Do:

Sell a full line of compact construction equipment

Manage and expand an established Peoria-area territory

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Make daily customer visits and build long-term partnerships

Maintain an active pipeline and consistently prospect

Collaborate with internal teams on quotes, inventory, and customer support

Represent the brand through networking, events, and light social media engagement
What We’re Looking For:

Previous sales or customer-facing experience

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people

Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency

Willingness to learn how to safely tow and move equipment (training available)
Preferred Background:

Equipment, industrial, construction, or territory-based sales

Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment operation

Experience creating simple video or social media content
