We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment where attention to detail and quality is paramount.

Qualifications

• 1 years in a manufacturing setting - Automotive and welding operating skills are an asset
• Living in Burlington, Oakville or Hamilton. You will not be contacted if you live outside of these cities
• Access to vehicle, this role is not transit assessable
• Must be open to working days and afternoons

Duties

• Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce high-quality automotive products.
• Fabricate components according to specifications, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality control measures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is preferred.
• Being on your feet inspecting parts either from a bin or rack.
• Attention to details is very important.
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Lifting parts weighing up to 10lbs
