Hiring an experienced Accounting Assistant in the Lafayette area for an automotive dealership. Dealership experience is preferred and pay will depend on experience and skill set.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accounts Receivable (A/R)

• Accounts Payable (A/P)

• Daily deposits and reconciliation

• Payroll processing

• Basic HR support and administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate financial and employee records

---

Requirements:

• Prior accounting experience required (A/R, A/P, payroll, deposits)

• Dealership accounting experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude

---

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
  Hours vary based on dealership needs

---

Pay:

• $15 – $19 per hour, depending on experience and skill set
