A respected grass seed company in Albany is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join their production team! These are full-time, seasonal positions with the potential for long-term employment. Ideal for those who enjoy hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay & Shifts:

• $16.50/hour – Day Shift

• $17.50/hour – Swing Shift

• 40+ hours/week with overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support seed cleaning and packaging operations

• Load/unload and stack 50 lb bags of seed

• Operate basic equipment (training provided)

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

• Follow instructions and work efficiently with a team

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently

• Comfortable working in a dusty and active warehouse environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Steel-toed boots required
