Job Title: Fence Installer

Location: Fairhope, AL  
Pay Rate: $15–$16 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fence Installer with 1–2 years of fence building experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), dependable, and able to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install various types of fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, etc.)
• Measure and lay out fence lines
• Dig post holes and set posts
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of fence building experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong work ethic and reliability
