Express Employment Professionals of Stockton is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer for a growing engineering and manufacturing company. This is a contract opportunity (3 months to 1 year) focused on leading Lean initiatives and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost performance.
Lead Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects
Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping
Improve flow, yield, and first-pass quality
Implement 5S, visual management, and standard work
Track KPIs and report results to leadership
Ensure compliance with ISO and customer standards
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
5+ years of manufacturing/operational excellence experience
Proven success leading Lean/Six Sigma projects
Strong skills in root cause analysis and data analytics
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, MS Project; ERP experience (JDE preferred)
