Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Powder Coater to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This position involves preparing and applying powder coating to wheels in a production environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep wheels for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)

• Apply powder coating using spray equipment and ensure even coverage

• Operate ovens to cure coated wheels to required specifications

• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• No experience necessary; training will be provided

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail

• Dependable and able to work in a team environment
