Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary: $24-$26/hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist for a well-established and growing company in the Cascade area. This position supports accounting functions for both manufacturing and retail operations and offers the opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment.

This role is open to evaluation-to-hire or direct-hire, depending on candidate fit and business needs.

Full-Time | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, including sales tax calculations
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with month-end and general accounting activities
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams
• Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting issues and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
