Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Calm and assist upset or frustrated callers
Document call details and update records in the system
Follow call scripts and company procedures
Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using computers and basic software
Trainable, reliable, and professional
Consistent attendance is essential
