Located in Kalamazoo, MI

Salary: $17/hr

• Shift: 6 am – 4:30 pm; M-Th
• 3 x 15 minute paid breaks
• 1 x 30 minute unpaid lunch

Overtime as needed on Fridays

• Attire:

• No ripped, baggy or revealing clothes.
• No offensive language on clothes
• Shorts/t-shirts are ok

Assembly Worker
Job Description:
The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products and components according to company specifications and quality standards. This position involves working on a production line, using hand and power tools, and following detailed instructions to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts or products according to blueprints, work orders, or verbal instructions

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and report any equipment or product issues

• Package and label finished products for shipment

• Assist with material handling and inventory as needed

• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience a plus

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
