Job SummaryA well-established distribution center in Cranford, NJ is seeking a reliable Warehouse Helper to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily deliveries and customer pickups
Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts
Receive inbound shipments and verify products against packing slips
Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory tracking
Support counter staff by pulling materials for customer orders
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Qualifications
Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer skills a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
