Our client, a growing family-owned construction company in the Enka/Candler area, is seeking a trusted and detail-driven Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who values accuracy, confidentiality, and long-term stability in a close-knit company environment.

This position plays a key role in financial organization and reporting, supporting leadership with clean data, reconciliations, and dependable accounting processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy
• Reconcile credit card accounts and financial records
• Run financial reports and assist leadership with tracking
• Support accounting needs during tax season
• Maintain organized financial documentation
• Use QuickBooks (software may evolve over time)
• Provide reliable day-to-day accounting oversight

• Strong accounting or bookkeeping experience
• High level of trustworthiness and discretion
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfort working independently in a small business environment
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Construction accounting experience a plus
• Must pass a background check
