Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Downtown Asheville, NC
Position: Full-Time

A residential property in downtown Asheville is hiring a full-time Porter to help keep the grounds and common areas clean, safe, and well maintained. This is a hands-on role for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and enjoys staying active throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, parking areas, and building exteriors

• Remove trash from common areas and property perimeter daily

• Keep walkways, amenities, and shared spaces clean and presentable

• Assist with landscaping care including watering, pruning, and weed control

• Support the maintenance team with light repairs and upkeep

• Help inspect and maintain sprinkler systems

• Report maintenance issues promptly

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely

• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on property

• Reliable and self-motivated

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Willingness to use tools and landscaping equipment

• Strong work ethic and team mindset

• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
