Express Employment is hiring for a Sr. Application Programs Analyst

Pay: $18.50

Job Summary

• Develops and modifies complex Business and GIS software application programs
• Designs solutions considering system capacity, limitations, operational needs, business requirements, and IT architecture standards
• Independently designs, configures, codes, tests, debugs, and documents custom-built software programs and interfaces
• Provides expert-level support for problem analysis and system design prior to software development or modification
• May lead, mentor, and advise other Programmer Analyst staff on technical and operational issues
• Offers technical assistance to junior-level personnel as needed
• Works at the highest technical level across all phases of applications programming and workflow design
• Ensures adherence to all IT policies, processes, and procedures aligned with the ITIL framework

Required Skills

• Expertise with Workflow Designer
• Expertise with Forms Designer, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript customizations
• Ability to design token logic and routing
• Strong understanding of data modeling as it relates to metadata
• Proficient in SQL (read, write, and complex queries)
• Understanding of REST endpoints
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve process failures
• Understanding of how metadata influences and drives public search
