We have been asked by a client in Fishers, IN to help them find a Packing and Kit Making Associate. In this role you will assemble boxes, package lawn-mower part kits, and prepare shipments with accuracy, care, and efficiency.

Pay, Hours, and Benefits

• Pay: $18.00/hr
• Hours/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Day Shift)
• Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, earned holiday pay

What will you do as a Packing and Kit Making Associate?

• Assemble cardboard boxes using tape and a tape gun
• Place lawn mower parts (including blades and small components) into a kit inside the box
• Seal completed boxes and stage them on pallets for shipping
• Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the process
• Work with care to ensure product accuracy and quality
• Operate with speed and efficiency to meet production goals
• Follow written and verbal instructions reliably
• Demonstrate dependability and consistent attendance

• Previous light industrial or assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable standing, assembling, and lifting throughout the shift
