Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking motivated and reliable candidates for Machine Operator openings in Wyoming, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $20–$22 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire (possible direct hire)

  • Location: Wyoming, MN

  • Screening Requirements: No background check; drug screen required

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload bins of horseshoes

  • Move tubs and materials throughout the work area

  • Scan paperwork and prepare labels

  • Operate machinery and assist with production processes

  • Change dies and other components as needed

  • Work with heated metals; prior foundry experience helpful

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn new processes and follow directions

  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Patience the process takes up to 3 months to learn (training on 1st shift)

  • Machine operators experience helpful but not required

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Standing for most of the shift

  • Packaging equipment

  • Vacuum lift
