Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour to start

Job Summary

We are  seeking two reliable, experienced Warehouse Associates to join a great industrial company. This role is a 50/50 mix of warehouse work and local driving. Candidates must be comfortable operating a sit-down forklift, handling heavy industrial materials, and making in-state deliveries. This is a hands-on position in a shop environment that requires strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and common sense.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets, pipes, and fittings

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Move, organize, and stage pipe throughout the warehouse

• Accurately measure pipe using a tape measure

• Make local, in-state deliveries using:

  • Ford 5250 with pipe racks, and/or

  • 26-foot MAC truck

• Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Driving Details

• No CDL required

• No DOT requirements

• Must be 21 years of age (insurance requirement)

• Clean MVR required

• All deliveries are in-state only

• Drivers are always back before 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a heavy industrial warehouse environment
  (Not comparable to light warehouse work such as Amazon/box moving)

• Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Mechanically inclined with strong common sense

• Dependable and punctual — no tardiness

• Professional behavior at all times — no phone use during work

• Ability to lift and work with heavy materials daily

Work Environment

• Shop environment (cold in winter, hot in summer)

• Physical, hands-on work with industrial materials

Dress Code

• Work pants (shorts allowed in summer)

• Sleeved shirts required

• No vulgar or inappropriate clothing

• Steel-toe boots are not required, but strongly recommended due to heavy materials
