Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking motivated and reliable Production Techs for multiple openings with a growing company in Arden Hills, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Arden Hills, MN

  • Screening: No background check or drug screening required

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the lamination station: load materials, monitor lamination quality, and stack finished product for shipment

  • Operate the saw station: load materials, ensure proper cutting, and stack finished product

  • Work in the Powder Department: mix and package powder materials

  • Follow instructions, ask questions, and maintain a strong learning mindset

  • Support production goals by processing 1–2 tons of material per day

 

Qualifications

  • No specific skills required; manufacturing experience preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is helpful

  • Familiarity with process-oriented environments, quality control, or lean manufacturing is a plus

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and stay accountable to goals

 

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent lifting of 10–20 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Repetitive tasks throughout the shift

  • May be required to wear a respirator for long-term employment

 

Equipment Used

  • Large CNC saw

  • Laminating machine

  • Forklift (training program available)
