We are looking for an experienced Hardscaping Foreman who takes pride in quality workmanship and can lead a crew with confidence, professionalism, and accountability. This role requires someone who is skilled in hardscape installation, dependable, and capable of keeping projects on track from start to finish.

The Hardscaping Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, directing crew members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This includes reading and interpreting project plans, coordinating materials, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, fire pits, and other hardscape features. They should be comfortable operating and working around equipment, problem-solving in the field, and making sound decisions when challenges arise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising a hardscaping crew on job sites

• Ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently

• Interpreting project plans and layouts

• Measuring, grading, and setting proper base materials

• Installing pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements with attention to detail

• Maintaining tools, equipment, and job site organization

• Communicating progress and any issues to management

• Training and guiding crew members as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hardscaping or related construction work

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to read and understand project plans

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday - 7:30AM - Until End. 

Pay: Based on experience.
