Location: Escondido, CASchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay: $30 per hour
Seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Escondido facility. This role is responsible for inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts
Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping
Supervise and train warehouse staff
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
Work with management and other departments to meet deadlines
Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience with inventory systems or warehouse software
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Forklift experience or certification a plus
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
