Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing facility in the Export, PA area. This position supports warehouse and shipping operations, including preparing equipment for shipment and building custom pallets and crates.

Shift & Schedule:

• Daylight shift (schedule details provided during interview)
• Overtime may be available based on workload

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare finished products and equipment for shipment
• Build and assemble custom pallets and shipping crates using hand and power tools
• Load and unload shipments and deliveries
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and damage
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation
• Move and organize materials within the warehouse and shipping areas
• Maintain inventory organization and support material handling operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Carpentry experience required, including building pallets or crates
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow basic build instructions
• Ability to lift and move materials as required throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
