Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Overview

The Customer Service & Business Support Representative supports daily customer service and branch operations. This role works across multiple functions including product selection, order processing, inventory management, and general office support. The position may also assist in the warehouse with stocking and retrieving items, operating a forklift, making deliveries, housekeeping, and supporting overall branch needs.

A Sample of What You’ll Do

  • Assist with electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP software
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • Submit and code bills and invoices to the Accounts Payable department for payment
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory counts
  • Support the Sales Team by addressing inaccurate customer pricing and resolving inquiries or concerns
  • Prepare reports under manager supervision
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed

What You Bring to the Role

  • 0–1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training provided)
  • Ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
  • Ability to safely move across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
