Data and Excel Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Excel Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain advanced Excel-based tools and custom reports that support business operations, inventory management, and decision-making.
This role focuses on transforming raw data into automated, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions using advanced Excel techniques, automation, and data integration.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex datasets and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, and automated reports using:
◦ Power Query / Power Pivot
◦ Advanced formulas and functions
◦ VBA and macros
• Design custom reporting solutions that integrate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual data processing and improve accuracy.
• Create standardized reporting templates and tools for internal teams.
• Analyze operational, inventory, and financial data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate operations and management to understand reporting needs.
• Document processes and provide training or support for internal users.
Core Technical Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including:
◦ Power Query (ETL processes)
◦ VBA / Macros
◦ Complex formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays, etc.)
◦ PivotTables and data modeling
