Salary: $50,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits and serve as the point of contact for employee questions.
Collaborate with the accountant on accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and invoice processing.
Maintain office systems, procedures, and documentation.
Support leadership in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management, HR, or payroll administration.
Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and hiring processes.
Experience working with accounting systems for AP/AR and invoicing.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll/accounting software.
Preferred:
Experience in a small to mid-sized office environment.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
