Class A CDL

Class A CDL Driver responsible for the safe and timely transportation of freight to designated locations while complying with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Ensures accurate documentation, proper load securement, and professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles (tractor-trailer, flatbed, tanker, or refrigerated units) safely and efficiently

• Transport goods to local, regional, or long-haul destinations as scheduled

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

• Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with weight and safety regulations

• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and DOT documentation

• Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations

• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, or delivery issues

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and clients

• Assist with loading and unloading when required

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

• Clean driving record preferred

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards

• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (as required)

• Willingness to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, or overtime

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of Class A driving experience

• Experience with long-haul, regional, or local routes
