B2B Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping companies in Brownsville find exceptional talent. You'll work within a defined territory to build relationships with local businesses, understand their hiring needs, and present Express product offerings as tailored solutions. Your primary goal is to help companies succeed in employment, leadership, and human resources—while making a difference by helping people in the community find work every day.
You will use your relationship skills to form partnerships with clients, ensuring long-term success for their company and ours. Your ability to use a consultative sales technique will ensure you are seen as the “go-to staffing company” in our community.
What You'll Do:
· Prospect for new business and manage an existing book of clients: Prepare and execute sales action plans to generate enough sales activity to consistently secure new clients. Maintain or restore positive relationships with current clients.
· Engage with business leaders to identify staffing and HR needs: Have a consultative sales mindset and provide creative, professional solutions that drive results.
· Represent Express with professionalism and integrity: Demonstrate the Express values and build a strong, positive presence in the community.
· Put people to work: Engage in weekly and daily sales activities, coordinating with the inside team to ensure outside sales strategies are in sync with candidate recruiting needs.
· Learn the laws: Conduct business in accordance with Express and applicable legal guidelines, maintaining professional knowledge of the market and labor laws.
