Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Associate – Cabinet Manufacturing
Location: Columbus, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $16.00/hr ($17.00/hr for bilingual candidates)
Position Overview: A growing cabinet manufacturing and distribution warehouse is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting cabinets and components to ensure product quality, accuracy, and readiness for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect cabinets and parts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
Verify measurements, finishes, and assembly quality
Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before shipment
Document quality issues and communicate them to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety and warehouse procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Previous QA, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus – higher pay offered
