Laser Assistant

Located in Shepherdsville, KY

Salary: $20.00 / Hr.

Will be working in a Fabrication Shop using a forklift, belt sander, grinder for the following responsibilities:

Load and offload sheets of material with a crane to and from laser tables.  

Retrieving material as needed for laser operators, unloading stock material from semi-trucks and restocking material racks.

Taking scrap material to the dumpster

Taking completed parts to other departments for the next process.

Cleaning parts that come off the laser table, detabbing, and deburring the edges with belt sander, grinders or files.

Putting parts in the tumbler and taking parts out of tumbler.

Keeping outside area organized, debris free

Weekly/monthly clean out of machines

Prio Experience Working with power tools and operating a forklift is required.

 

Work Schedule:

Mon. - Thurs., 5:00 am - 3:30 pm.  Some Friday work about once monthly between the hours of 5am - 1pm.
