Cleans and picks up trash from around trash dumpster, ensuring a clean and tidy appearance.

Cleans and arranges furniture and trash receptacles in pool area. Possesses pool operator's certificate. 

Cleans and maintains club facilities in an orderly, presentable and decorative fashion.

Maintains cleanliness of office and all other amenity and common area facilities assuring general cleanliness of grounds. 

Performs supplemental landscape maintenance and irrigation system repair and or supplemental watering of lawn and landscape areas. 

Completes work orders, apartment turns, city inspections.

1+ years of experience with light plumbing, light electrical, drywall experience required.
