Warehouse Associate – Packer / Parts Puller

We are hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for a growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Medina. This posting covers two different roles—Packer and Parts Puller—both essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly. Candidates may be considered for either position based on experience and business needs.

Position 1: Packer

As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing finished products for shipment with accuracy and care.

Packer Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Inspect parts and materials before packing to ensure quality
• Label boxes and prepare shipments according to order requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures

Position 2: Parts Puller (Forklift Required)

As a Parts Puller, you will locate, pull, and stage materials needed for production and shipping.

Parts Puller Responsibilities

• Pull parts and materials based on pick lists or work orders
• Use a forklift to retrieve and transport items throughout the warehouse
• Stage materials for packing or production
• Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy
• Keep inventory areas organized and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift experience required for Parts Puller role
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required for Packer role
