Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech Assistant to join a growing team in Sparta, TN. This position will assist the maintenance department with equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with machinery and building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support maintenance technicians with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous electrical experience is required.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
