Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Programs Manager to oversee housing programs for a respected local organization. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for someone who is experienced, compassionate, and ready to make an impact.

 

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional hours outside of schedule as needed

 

Pay:
$25–$28/hour DOE

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support housing programs and services

• Supervise and lead a team of 10–15 staff

• Create and maintain staff schedules

• Provide leadership, guidance, and program oversight

• Ensure compliance with program and organizational requirements

• Support a positive, professional team environment

Qualifications:

• Prior managerial/supervisory experience required

• Experience in social services strongly preferred

• Healthcare background is a plus

• Certifications such as Peer Support or similar are highly valued

• Mature, dependable, and strong leadership presence

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (past 3 years)

• Ability to pass DHS background check and pre-employment drug screen
