Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Dispatcher to manage the flow of custom embroidery orders through our production pipeline. This role is critical to ensuring orders are assigned correctly, tracked efficiently, and completed on time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Move files for custom embroidery orders through the production pipeline

• Assign tasks to freelancers and monitor progress

• Track and update orders using Google Sheets and Google Drive

• Ensure accuracy and strong attention to detail throughout the process

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Reliable and well-organized

• Skilled at typing

• Competent with Google Sheets and Google Drive

• Great attention to detail

• Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working in a loud environment
