Pay: $36/hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Type: Full-time | On-site
Duration: Temporary (30–60 days) with possible evaluation to hire

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Program Manager to oversee housing and support services programs serving clients of all ages, including high-risk and vulnerable populations. This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong community partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Six years of experience in social, community, healthcare, education, or public-facing services; one year of program management preferred

  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred

  • Experience working with diverse, high-risk populations preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage programs and supervise 15–20 employees

  • Oversee reporting, data collection, and compliance requirements

  • Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and client support

  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and program materials

  • Facilitate staff meetings and trainings

Skills & Abilities

  • Client-focused, compassionate, and calm under pressure

  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online tools

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

  • Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol screenings

  • Completion of required trainings within 30 days
