We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to support daily front office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet visitors and assist as needed
Perform filing and document organization (paper and electronic)
Maintain an organized front desk and work area
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Previous receptionist or office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and ability to handle office equipment
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
