Part-Time Clerical / Administrative Assistant

Schedule: 28–30 hours per week

 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with documents and contracts, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide general clerical and administrative support to the office
•Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
•Manage and structure shared drives to ensure documents are easily accessible
•Assist with contract preparation, review coordination, and document tracking (familiarity with contracts preferred)
•Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document retention
•Draft correspondence, emails, and basic reports as needed
•Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route communications appropriately
•Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
•Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:
•Prior clerical or administrative experience required
•Familiarity working with contracts strongly preferred
•Strong organizational and document management skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file-sharing platforms
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a structured office environment
•High level of discretion and professionalism
