Location: Panama City, FL (Bay County)
Pay: Starts at $17 an hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Panama City, Florida. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with the public, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls from customers and the general public
Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish
Accurately enter and update information in computer systems
Process and manage client orders
Assist with growing and maintaining the client base
Handle high-volume calls and data entry during peak seasons
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented office environment

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Customer service–driven and goal-oriented
Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and a fast learner
