Seeking a highly customer service oriented person to work as a bilingual leasing and resident relations pro in Santa Cruz.

• Showing open apartments to prospective residents
• Following up on leads / closing leases
• Building strong resident relationships
• Coordinating resident events
• Fostering a warm, energetic, community
• Bilingual English / Spanish resident communication

The ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in English / Spanish
• High energy, outgoing, social, talkative
• Natural sales friendly mindset
• Organized, detail oriented
• Computer basics (Google Suite)
• Resides in Santa Cruz County and knows what makes our area special
