Night Shift Production & Forklift Operator

Shift: 5:45pm - 6:00am Monday-Friday
Pay: $17

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production & Forklift Operator to join our night shift team at a cinderblock manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on production role supporting the manufacturing line, performing quality checks, maintaining cleanliness, and safely moving finished product throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the production line performing quality assurance inspections on cinderblocks
• Monitor racks as they fill and operate a forklift to move finished product to designated areas
• Remove empty racks and replace them to keep production running smoothly
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, especially critical when working with wet cement
• Follow all safety, production, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and production team members

Requirements:

• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts consistently
• Strong attention to detail for quality control
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Steel-toe boots REQUIRED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving a forklift is a plus
• Production line or quality control experience
• Prior night shift experience
