We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with the opportunity to grow. This role supports all core HR functions and partners closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• New hire onboarding, benefits administration, and open enrollment

• Payroll administration (bi-weekly and semi-monthly)

• Recruitment, hiring, and employee relations

• Maintain personnel files and HR compliance (I-9, E-Verify, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA)

• Update HR policies, employee handbook, and training programs

• Manage employee claims (Workers’ Comp, Unemployment, EEOC, OSHA)

• Support leadership with reporting and administrative needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred

• Payroll and QuickBooks experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Ability to travel and work independently
