Full Job Description

We are hiring a Roofing Framer for a company in Cuero, TX that builds modular homes. This position requires the ability to read plans and blueprints. The selected candidate will be assigned to work at the roofing table, constructing roof framing components according to specifications.

This is a long-term opportunity in a structured production environment.

Essential Functions

• Read and interpret plans and blueprints accurately
• Construct and assemble roof framing components at the roofing table
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specifications
• Ensure quality standards and production timelines are met
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

Skills & Competencies

• Strong blueprint and plan reading ability (required)
• Roofing or framing experience
• Knowledge of framing tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in roofing or framing
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
