Inventory Coordinator — Job Duties

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems or databases

• Coordinate the storage, organization, and labeling of products in warehouse or stockroom areas

• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to identify discrepancies

• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shortages, or overages

• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to forecast inventory needs

• Prepare and generate inventory reports, including turnover, stock levels, and order trends

• Assist with order fulfillment and distribution to ensure timely delivery

• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards in inventory handling
