Located in Roanoke, VA
Salary: $14-15 hourly
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment units and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
Respond promptly to work orders and resident maintenance requests
Troubleshoot and repair building systems, fixtures, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality
Inspect units and common areas to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used
Order, track, and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnover, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services as needed
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with residents and management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop, tools, and work areas
