Salary: $23 - $26/hour

We have an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant to join the team of our client, a manufacturing company, at their site in Delavan.

This is an immediate contract role, with potential for long term full-time hire for the right candidate.

Main duties: support accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and other financial transactions as assigned and will assist in the general ledger functions of the company. The position will prepare and analyze financial records to maintain accuracy and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Seeking candidates with min. 2-3 years A/R, A/P, or general accounting experience
Ideal candidates will have Epicor and paylocity software experience
Schedule: Full-time, in office role at client site in Delvan, WI
Pay range: $23 - $26/hour BOE, will go higher based on experience
Expected to last 2 - 3 months, but could become temp-to- hire for the right candidate
