Salary: $20-22 hourly
Lead and supervise technicians and subcontractors on job sites to ensure efficient and quality work completion
Serve as the on-site point of contact between field crews, project managers, and clients
Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on schedule
Perform hands-on technical work as needed while overseeing overall site operations
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and applicable codes
Conduct job site inspections and quality control checks
Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries to support project timelines
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues and implement effective solutions
Maintain accurate job site documentation, reports, and time tracking
Train, mentor, and support technicians to improve performance and skill development
Enforce housekeeping, safety protocols, and site organization
Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections
