Salary: $20-25 hourly
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment) to produce precision parts
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Load programs, adjust offsets, and perform tool changes to maintain dimensional accuracy
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in proper working condition
Verify materials, tooling, and job specifications prior to production runs
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and supervisors to optimize machining processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
