Brand Ambassador / Business Development Representative

Full-Time | Compensation Based on Experience
Location: York, PA

We are seeking a motivated Brand Ambassador / Business Development Representative to support business growth through outbound sales activity and local business outreach. This is a sales-driven role that includes cold calling, in-person visits, and clear performance expectations tied to activity and results.

Compensation

  • Starting at $18/hour, negotiable based on experience
  • Salary option available for candidates with proven sales experience
  • Bonus opportunities available

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound sales and cold calls
  • Visit local businesses within an assigned territory
  • Introducing Express Employment Professionals and our staffing solutions
  • Schedule appointments and generate new client opportunities
  • Meet required call, connect, appointment, and client quotas
  • Track activity and results in internal systems
  • Represent the Express brand professionally

Requirements

  • Comfortable with cold calling and sales outreach
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable performance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle provided)
  • Sales or business development experience preferred
