Full Job Description

We are hiring 2 HVAC Helpers for a company in Cuero, TX that builds modular homes. This position does not require prior HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will be agile, comfortable working on ladders, and able to move confidently in tight or confined spaces.

This role primarily supports HVAC technicians with material preparation and assembly tasks in a production environment.

Essential Functions

• Assist HVAC technicians with installation and setup
• Fold, bend, and assemble HVAC materials
• Use blades/exacto knives for material cutting and prep
• Climb up and down ladders safely
• Work comfortably in tight or confined spaces
• Support general shop and production tasks as needed

Skills & Competencies

• Physically agile and able to work at heights
• Comfortable in confined spaces
• Good hand coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

No HVAC experience required
Ability to perform physical labor
Must be dependable and safety-conscious

Physical Requirements

Ability to climb ladders
Ability to bend, kneel, and work in confined areas
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
