Salary: $18-20 hourly
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and scheduling platforms
Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency HVAC requests efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service availability, technician arrival times, and job updates
Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information, work orders, and service records in company systems
Use Microsoft Excel to track service schedules, customer data, reports, and operational information
Coordinate with dispatchers and HVAC technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues professionally and with empathy
Process payments, invoices, and service agreements as needed
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of HVAC services, maintenance plans, and warranty options to assist customers effectively
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
